- It is required that you have been in at least two accidents in the two years prior to your license expiring.
- Any three events that took place in the three years before to the license’s expiration are deemed to be significant.
- A suspension for operating a vehicle while intoxicated during the two years prior to the license’s expiration date.
- a total of more than one infraction points in the two years prior to the license’s expiration date.
