JACKSONVILLE, Texas (KHN) – This morning in Cherokee County, there was a collision that resulted in the death of one individual.

According to crews from CBS19 that were there at the site, the collision took place on Highway 69 in Jacksonville, close to Lookout Valley Road.

Sgt. Chris Williamson of the Texas Department of Public Safety stated that there is one person who has been confirmed to have passed away, but at this time, there is no additional information available.
