Kid Rock’s Bold Bedazzled Look Steals the Show at Trump’s Oval Office Meeting

Kid Rock isn’t shy about showing his patriotism.

The “All Summer Long” singer joined President Trump at the White House on Monday, turning heads with a flashy, bedazzled outfit covered in patriotic designs, including the American flag, stars, and eagles.

His bold look caught the attention of Fox News’ senior White House correspondent, Peter Doocy.

“Did Biden do news conferences like this, Peter? I don’t think so!” Trump joked while speaking to reporters in the Oval Office.

“No,” Doocy replied, adding with a laugh, “he’s never stood next to someone who looks like they were about to get shot out of a cannon.”

Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, burst into laughter before hugging Doocy.

Standing beside Trump at the Resolute Desk, the 54-year-old was present as the president signed an executive order aimed at cracking down on excessive ticket fees and bots that resell concert tickets at inflated prices.

“Anyone who’s bought a concert ticket in the last decade—maybe even 20 years—knows this is a real issue,” Kid Rock said during the signing.

“You buy a ticket for $100, but by checkout, it’s $170. On top of that, these bots scoop up all the best seats and relist them for 400% or 500% markups.”

The rocker’s custom patriotic suit was designed by 91-year-old Nashville-based designer Manuel Cuervas, known for dressing icons like John Wayne, Dolly Parton, and Loretta Lynn.

“Kid Rock told Manuel, ‘Make me the most patriotic suit you can,'” a representative for the musician told Fox News Digital.

The outfit features “250” as a nod to the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States in 2026. Kid Rock has been wearing the suit at his concerts and thought it would make a statement at the White House before later changing into a formal suit for a private dinner with Trump and Bill Maher.

During the visit, he also gifted Trump a custom-made Les Paul guitar, which was displayed in the Oval Office during the event.

Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade praised the outfit, calling it “the most unique, patriotic thing I’ve ever seen a man wear.”

Reactions online were mixed, with some praising Kid Rock’s bold style while others pointed out past criticism of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for not wearing a suit during a February Oval Office meeting.

Kid Rock was also seen playing a historic White House piano that was gifted to President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1938.

“In 1938, this grand piano was presented to President Franklin D. Roosevelt by the Steinway family,” White House Faith Director Jenny Korn shared in an X post.

“It’s the 300,000th Steinway, a mahogany showcase with gilded eagles. @KidRock now joins history alongside musicians like Duke Ellington, B.B. King, and Presidents Nixon & Truman who have played it before him.”
